ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY & INNOVATION COMMUNITIES

 

At LGI, I design and lead engagement strategies for innovation communities connected to EU-funded projects (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, etc.).

 

I work on community strategy, facilitation, user support, and, when needed, act as Product Owner to align new features with the actual needs of the communities.

  • Designing and managing engagement strategies for innovation communities and communities of practice (CoP).
  • Moderation, facilitation, onboarding and user support on Opili Engage Platforms for EU Projects.
  • User support, onboarding and training on Opili Track Platforms.
  • Contributing to commercial offers and new service lines around community engagement.

HIGHER EDUCATION & TEACHINGS

 

Since 2020, I have been a speaker in Business Schools, such as ESC3F at Master's Degree Level (1st and 2nd year). 

 

My teachings focus on Innovation, Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Business Development Strategy. I design and deliver courses, workshops, and applied projects in both French and English supporting students in their learning journey.

Former active member of the Knowledge Communities Observatory (KCO) and co‑founder of the eduPreneurs Basel community, created to hybridise the practices of entrepreneurs and educators (disbanded since)!
